SHIPPING POLICY

Processing of order

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

  • If you need any assistance with your order please contact us at info@balalenna.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances such as high volumes of orders that are outside of our control there may be delays we however try to ensure that we stick to our SLAs .

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates: 

Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are the shipping rates as well as estimated delivery times.

We are located in and ship from Western Cape, Cape Town.

Deliveries are made from 9am on business weekdays. We will contact you via text sms using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on day of arrival.

Tracking status of an order

  • An email notification will be sent to you when your order is shipped, which includes the tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Orders can be tracked on this link : https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

If you have not receive your order within the stipulated number of days on your shipping email, please contact us on info@balalenna.com and we will look into it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@balalenna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In such a case the book(s) will be replaced with a new one at the cost of Bala Le Nna including shipping costs.The damaged book(s) will be collected from you and exchange made with the new one(s)
